About Roseville B&B
Roseville is in the village of Guilden Sutton, on the edge of Chester. It’s only 10 minutes to the city centre, but it’s a really quiet location. Chester is a lovely city with loads to see and do – find out more about it here. History, great eateries, brilliant shops, riverside walks – you’ll be spoilt for choice!
We have a bright, modern house, with large and quiet gardens behind the house, which guests are welcome to use. There are plenty of sheltered places to sit and read - or just to relax and let the world go by!
The bedrooms are light and airy, and furnished to a very high standard. We built the house ourselves – we really like it and hope you will, too. It’s comfortable and contemporary at the same time.
As well as the gardens, there is a sheltered patio with comfy seating – you can have breakfast out here, or just enjoy the gardens. There’s also a large conservatory, if you prefer to be inside.

There's plenty of secure parking directly in front of the house. We're on a very quiet road, so your car will be safe overnight.
We really enjoy welcoming guests into our home and hope you will choose to come and stay with us. This website will give you lots of information, but if there’s anything you’d like to know that we’ve forgotten to include, just call us to ask.
