Arrivals and departures
- Arrival – normal arrival time is 3pm – late.
- Departure – normal departure time is 11 a.m.
If you want to arrive or depart outside of these times, we will do our best to fit in with what you want to do – for example, if you are going to a wedding and need time to change; or if you are a business guest, and want a late arrival or early departure. Just let us know when you book, and we’ll try to sort things out for you.
Parking
There is plenty of secure offroad parking (space for 4 vehicles). There are electrically-controlled gates (we can lend you a key if you intend to return late).
Transport
We are on a couple of city bus routes and are about a 10-minute taxi ride from the city centre.
Taxis
Let us know when you make your booking if you need a taxi . We have local taxi services that are available and we will provide you with the telephone number to make your booking, as they give secure services to all mobile phones.
Pets
We're sorry, but we can't accept any pets. (Guide or assistance dogs are of course welcomed).
Resident Animals
We have a Black Labrador who answers to the name "Willow". He is 2 1/2 yrs old and is very friendly, but can be rather loud when first greeting our guests !!
